This is another food Aunt Gloria would have around the holidays with some pasta.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with hands for at least 2-3 minutes. Make into meatballs, about 1-1 ½ inches. In skillet, place ¼ cup olive oil. Place meatballs into pan and cook, turning meatballs on all sides until browned and cooked. Place in spaghetti sauce.
