Nutty Chocolate Cake

1 4oz pkg choc. cook & Serve Pudding mix
1 box choc cake mix
2 cups milk (for Pudding)
1/2 cup choc. chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
cool whip, whipped cream or frosting for topping

Prheat oven to 350 Spray a 13 x 9 pan with pam Cook chocolate pudding according to pkg directions. While still warm, blend in choc cake mix.Pour into pan, top with nuts and choc. chips and bake for 30-35 min. Top with cool whip, or whipped cream
